Thanks to the kindness of Tony Belcher, our white van supremo,and closet trolley bus fan, we now have a limited number of car stickers and a few 53 mugs for sale! I will put some pics up, but the stickers go on the outside of your car and the mugs complete any social event, especially knighthoods, or O.B.Es! Tony has also bought more photos of bton trams, so our photo selection for sale has expanded, thankyou sir!
We also can supply highly sought after concrete sculptures, sleeper style design, (Pre-owned), for Tate Gallery style interior decoration, price on application, collection only, preferably by low loader.

John Z, Tony B, and myself suffered with sleepers today. We appeared on the sea front on a cold friday afternoon, and discovered that the Volks sleepers need three people to lift them, unless you are into pain! Tony's van would manage six, so they were dumped of at 53, we will need to bring some more over. On the plus side they are very strong, and won't go anywhere.
On the way back we stopped of at the old cement works, and discovered many old buses, some of which Tony used to drive, ah, nostolgia!

Good work party today, the mesh netting went on the back of the shed, so there is now better weather protection. Concerned that 53 is down at one side, causing stress, so lift part two will need to be done soon. Please note, that the railings are NOT the original ones. Cold but nice weather.

Went out to Volk's railway today, and caught the boys at lunch! They are very kindly donating many sleepers to 53, so we almost have enough to lay some track! These means operation " Tram up" will be finished shortly, and we can really go to to town on the first cab end. Thank you John Z and Stuart. See you tomorrow at work till you die party, only kidding! Whose turn is it for the biscuits?

Out at 53 this morning to greet Ken Rimell, from Vintage Spirit magazine. Ken took shots of 53, and interviewed me, tram fame! After he left, I tidied up and checked how far 53 had sunk down. This is to be expected, I would say a few inches at most. The lift was filmed, and I will try to upload it on u tube, check this blog for a link!!
