Work party 28th of March
Tough days work, very windy outside and much cussing inside.We spent most the day trying to get a bulkhead out, we didn't quite manage it, but we learnt a lot, the last few screws revealed themselves at 4.10pm. The front cab was also dismantled, which means Malcolm can start getting replacement timbers shaped and ready. Photos give some idea of the struggle.

Saturday 7th of March.
Out at 53 on my own at first, then joined by Alan. Replaced a bulb, cleaned up and labelled bits of wood, then we attacked more screws around the bulkhead area. Tough work, but they are coming out.I can't say I feel super motivated at the moment, but this work is the foundation for 53 being restored properly and the result will be very much worth it, also Adrian starts in earnest shortly.We are still lacking a couple of volunteers for next Saturday's show at East Grinstead, can you help man the stall for Saturday or Sunday?
