Sunday 16 November 2014
Work party 15th of November.
Had a good number of people on site with a very mild day weather wise. Most of the work was on the electrics and though a lot was done we need at least another half day to finish the job. Allan will sort out the main connection with the three phase, but the next work party on the 29th will need a good crew again to finish the job. The electrics will be very nice when finished with sockets for power tools and very good lighting all over the shed. Work was also done on the second tarpaulin for 225 and more steels painted. A most excellent cake was provided by Alan's wife, Rene.

Saturday 25 October 2014
25th of October
if you have not seen our face book page, I have to tell you that the tram shelter move is off for the moment. A document was apparently found by the very fragmented Stanmer society, which shows some sort of donation of the shelter to the society, so we will leave it for the moment. One section wanted to get rid of it, but when outside interest is shown, suddenly a document is found by another part, hmm.
Fair amount collected at the Newhaven model rail show today , £70, wonder how our display at Billingshurst went?
Saturday 18 October 2014

Saturday 4 October 2014
4th of October.
Small work party today, but a lot done, see pictures.Shed is now almost leak proof, it was well tested today! The next stage is to lift the body off the steels. We have found a crane for the tram shelter, so soon 53 and a tram shelter will be reunited. The pictures show a micro wave for cooking in the food cupboard, the last two steels for the front platform were drilled and primed, a white board has appeared for work records and Allan has lifted the other cab floor.

Sunday 7 September 2014
Laughton show 6-7th of September.
Not a great success money- wise, we only raised £58.37, but as the latest picture shows, we got a large replacement piece of wood for the lower front for nothing!
