11th of September 2016

Very pleased and grateful to announce that Yolk's railway is donating a genuine pair of 24 foot Brighton tram rails to the society. They are currently in the old running shed, but will be lifted out shortly and we have a month to collect them, they weigh half a ton each, so quite a job there! Once it place they will be installed in the electrics shed for the trucks.

Raised over £200 last week, thanks to Brian Cooper doing a solo stall fr 53 at the Framfield show and then the open day on site. No pictures of either event I am afraid, but the latest of 53 are to follow!
